Possibly the best and excellent stay on a business trip. Polite staffs, gave a few recommendations. Comfortable bed in double room with a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. Magnificent views of the Sea of Marmara and a cosy design. Marvellous location, close to grand bazar. And just next door to old town and happening places of important destination of Europe, Hagia Sophia and the other main tourist attractions and the historical center.

The restaurant had a great view and served appetising dishes. the location was unique and near a fragrant herb garden. the hotel was surrounded by a grand bazaar and affordable shops.

We had a very nice New Year holidays in Istanbul in the hotel. the location was perfect and the staff very friendly. the breakfast was a bit poor, but it was not a problem for us. it was a bit hot in the room, but we cold open the window

The Turkish Bath in the hotel was excellent although the facilities were limited
Lots! Firstly, they gave our room away and charged our credit card for the first night because we were not there at 6pm....we arrived at 6:45pm. Not in my view a late arrival. Secondly, the 'sister' hotel we were sent to on the first night was a disgrace. The bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty towel and used soaps, was moldy and cracked tiles and sink. The air conditioning did not work in either hotel and the rooms were onto a main road so leaving the windows open was not a great option. The staff tried to seel us a tour by mis-leading us about what was included because we had chosen a tour from an independent operator. Finally, they held our transport to the airport while they argued about minibar charges causing a delay.
